Install the RDG Stores app.
Open the app and browse products.
Click “Buy Now.”
Fill in the form.
Select payment and place the order.

Note: If you are unable to place an order through the website, you can also order by providing your information through WhatsApp.

To check your order status, follow these steps:
Go to the “My Account” section on the RDG Stores website.
Click on “Track Order.”
Enter your Order ID and registered email.
Click “Track.”
You will see the live status of your order.

Yes, you can place an order by calling or messaging on WhatsApp. Here’s how:
To place an order by calling or messaging on WhatsApp:

-Send a message on WhatsApp to +919667335549 .
Provide the details of the product you wish to order, and our team will assist you.

Go to the “My Orders” section in the app.
Click “Cancel Order.”
Select a reason for cancellation.
Submit the cancellation request.
Note: Cancellation is not possible after the order is shipped and confirmed.

Primarily, we have a replacement policy, but in some cases, we will process a refund.
-Submit a refund request by providing all the required details on the refund request page.
-Our customer care team will respond with a request ID via email, WhatsApp, etc.

No, you cannot cancel the order if it has already been shipped and is on the way.

 

The delivery time depends on your location. If you are in a city area, you will receive the package within 3 days. If you are in a village area, it may take 4 to 5 days. On average, shipping takes 3 to 5 days.
