Product Warranty & Replacement
We offer a replacement for products if they meet the following conditions within 14 days of delivery:
• The product was physically damaged during transit.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• Different Versions and Models

Important Points for Replacement:
• The product must be unused, and the protective sticker (film) should not be removed.
• The warranty is only valid for testing manufacturing defects.
• If the product has been used or installed, the warranty becomes void.

For Return/Replacement Request:
Note: Please follow the warranty and policy guidelines.
• Provide 2 clear photos (front and back of the product).
• Submit a clear video (minimum 30 seconds) highlighting the main issue.
• Include your order number or phone number.
• Clearly describe the reason for the return.
• Send all required information to our official email or WhatsApp.

Note: If the required details are not provided, we will be unable to process the return/replacement request.

Conditions Where Returns Are Not Accepted:
• The protective sticker (film) has been removed.
• The product has been installed or fixed using adhesive glue.
• The product has been used, is dirty, or was previously installed.
• The damage was not reported within 12 hours of delivery.
• If the product does not work or has no display, contact us immediately. Do not force it to be installed, as we will not be responsible once the screen is installed.

Return Process:
• When the company approves your return request, the customer must send the product back to our return address using a trusted courier service (such as India Post, DTDC, or Delhivery).
• The product should be in its original condition and securely packed.
• We will not accept damaged or used products.
Note- We are unable to arrange return pickups due to the risk of damage and product safety concerns. Therefore, we request the customer to safely send the item to our address. Customer cooperation is highly appreciated

Reverse Return Shipping:
• If there is an issue with the product, the customer must send the item to our warehouse safely using a courier service.
• The shipping cost is non-refundable.
• Customers can return items using a reliable courier such as India Post, DTDC, Professional Courier, Trackon, etc.
Refund Policy:
•We do not offer a refund policy We only accept replacements/exchanges for mobile displays,mobile parts,Electronic items etc
If you still wish to proceed with a refund, the following charges will apply:
Service Charge Breakdown:
Rs.163 for order values under Rs.1000.
Rs.197 for order values from Rs. 1000 to Rs.2000.
Rs.249 for order values from Rs. 2000 to Rs.3000.
Rs.290 for order values from Rs. 3000 to Rs.5000.
Rs.349 for order values higher than Rs.5000.

 Not Satisfied Return Instructions

Before making a purchase, please ensure that the item meets your requirements.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please follow these steps:

•Pack the return item in its original condition.
•Use any shipping courier service to send it to our return address by yourself.You can use courier services like India Post, DTDC, or Delivery
•Provide a message or courier slip as proof of the return.
•Upon receiving the item and conducting a product quality check, we will initiate your refund within 3 working days.
Note: Service charges, as mentioned in our refund policy, will apply.

Damaged/Different Item Received Guidelines:
Note: Before accepting the package:
• Thoroughly inspect it from the outside.
• Do not accept if the package shows signs of damage, is dusty, or has been opened.

To claim a return:
• Provide a brief unboxing video demonstrating the damage or differences in the received item.
• Inform us within 12 hours via phone, WhatsApp, email, or helpline.
• We will investigate,Fraud checks may take over a week; updates will be shared accordingly.
• No refunds—only replacements for valid complaints.

We do not accept returns if:
• The product is damaged, used, or does not meet our warranty policy.
• The product was installed using adhesive glue.
• The return shipment is lost in transit (customer’s responsibility).

Exchange Guidelines:
For Wrong/Different Items Ordered:
• Ensure that the item meets your requirements before initiating an exchange.

Additional Payment Rules:
• Online Payments – Only pay the difference in cost.
• COD Orders – Rs. 80 shipping cost applies.

Refund for Overpaid Amount:
• If the amount paid exceeds the exchange order cost, the refund will be processed once the exchange order is delivered.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Before making a purchase, please ensure that the item meets your requirements.You can cancel your order if it is not yet ‘shipped’ or is in ‘processing’ status. Once the order has been ‘shipped,’ no cancellation is possible.
Cancellation of Shipped Orders:
•If a customer cancels a shipped order, a refund will be processed within 7 working days. Please note that a shipping charge deduction will apply based on the order value:
•Rs.143 for order values under Rs.1000.
•Rs.178 for order values from Rs.1000 to Rs.2000.
•Rs.288 for order values from Rs.2000 to Rs.3000.
•Rs.348 for order values from Rs.3000 to Rs.5000.
•Rs 424 for order values higher than Rs.5000.

NOTE : We cannot cancel the replacement order if it has already been shipped from the warehouse, and we are also unable to provide a refund in such cases

For Partial COD Orders:
• Before Shipment: If the order is not shipped, the advance payment will be refunded within 3 working days.
• After Shipment: Cancellation is not possible.

Important Notes:
• All spares and accessories are insured against theft and damages during transit. If the package is open/tampered, do not accept it.
• We consistently strive to deliver high-quality products with thorough quality control checks. However, in some instances, issues may arise with the product,including occasional difficulties with mobile phones.In the event that a customer wishes to initiate a replacement or return please be advised that we are unable to offer a reverse shipping system due to security reasons. In such cases, customers are kindly requested to arrange the return shipment from their side. We recommend using a reliable courier service, such as DTDC or Speed Post, and ensuring proper packaging for the return. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Express extra charge Rules-
If the customer paid an extra charge for fast delivery and the shipment was not delivered within the promised timeframe,If the customer wishes to have the amount refunded, the payment will be processed manually in coordination with the customer.

Non-Genuine Complaints: We ensure all products are genuine and well-packaged. Complaints regarding damaged, incorrect, or empty packages will not be considered if found to be non-genuine.

Return Deadline: If a defective product is reported but not returned within 12 days, no replacement or refund will be given.
