Refunds & Warranty

We will try our best to make sure the products shipped to our customers are of good quality. If there are problems with the goods, you have the right to guarantee your benefits.

Different products have different warranties, so make sure you contact us before the deadline. If you don’t know the warranty on your item, you can contact our staff before making a purchase.

1. Replacement
The product purchased from RDGStores.com will be acceptable for return if you find any of the following conditions during delivery:

Physical Damage
Defective
Different Versions and Models
We guarantee the quality of our products, but if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you’re Eligible for a free replacement within 14 days of delivery.

Make sure that there is a protective sticker (film) pasted on the screen. Please do not remove that sticker (film). The warranty will be void once the film is removed. Also, ensure that it has not been used and is fixed to your mobile phone.

The warranty is valid only for testing the product for manufacturing defects. The warranty is no longer valid as soon as the product is used or installed.

For Return/Replacement Request:

Note: Please follow the warranty and policy guidelines.

  • Provide 2 clear photos (front and back of the product).
  • Submit a clear video (minimum 30 seconds) highlighting the main issue with the product.
  • Include your order number or phone number.
  • Clearly describe the reason for the return.

You must send all the required information to our official email or via WhatsApp.

Note: If the required details are not provided, we will be unable to process the return/replacement request.

Here are the reasons for which products are not eligible for return:

There is a protective sticker (film) on the mobile display, which is placed on both the front and back of the display. Please do not remove this sticker (film), as it will void the warranty. During testing, do not remove any protective film or tags. We thoroughly test the product before sending it out. Before installing the display, please temporarily connect it to the mobile device and check everything to ensure it is working properly. Once you have confirmed that it is functioning correctly, you can remove the sticker and proceed with the final installation. If the test passes, please install it. If it does not work or has no displays, please contact us for the very first time. And please do not force it to be installed on your mobile phone. We will not be responsible once the screen is installed. We will not accept any returns in any condition.
We will not accept returns or provide replacements for mobile displays that have been affixed to a device using adhesive glue or any other fixing methods, or if the products are dirty or have been previously installed or used.
Professional installation is highly recommended. We will not be responsible for the damage once the product is installed.
If you do not inform us of any damage to the delivered parts within 12 hours of receipt, you will not be eligible for a return or replacement of the items.
After 14 days from the date of product delivery, you are not eligible to request a return or replacement.
If you order the wrong version or model of mobile parts, you will be responsible for both the shipping costs and the return of the items to us in their original condition.
If you no longer need the products or have changed your mind,
If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products and wish to return them, you will be responsible for both the shipping costs and you will need to return the items to us in their original condition.
Refund Policy:
We do not offer a refund policy We only accept replacements/exchanges for mobile displays, mobile accessories, and mobile parts.

If you still wish to proceed with a refund, the following charges will apply:

Service Charge Breakdown:

Rs. 193 for order values under Rs. 1000.
Rs. 249 for order values from Rs. 1000 to Rs. 2000.
Rs. 265 for order values from Rs. 2000 to Rs. 3000.
Rs. 290 for order values from Rs. 3000 to Rs. 5000.
Rs. 349 for order values higher than Rs. 5000.

3 Not Satisfied Return Instructions

Before making a purchase, please ensure that the item meets your requirements.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please follow these steps:

Pack the return item in its original condition.

Use any shipping courier service to send it to our return address by yourself.You can use courier services like India Post, DTDC, or Delivery

Provide a message or courier slip as proof of the return.

Upon receiving the item and conducting a product quality check, we will initiate your refund within 3 working days.
If the customer chooses to return the item using our courier service, they will need to pay a Rs 193 reverse charge fee (amount to be paid only through QR scan code).

Note: Service charges, as mentioned in our refund policy, will apply.

4 Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Before making a purchase, please ensure that the item meets your requirements.

You can cancel your order if it is not yet ‘shipped’ or is in ‘processing’ status. Once the order has been ‘shipped,’ no cancellation is possible.

Cancellation of Shipped Orders:

If a customer cancels a shipped order, a refund will be processed within 7 working days. Please note that a shipping charge deduction will apply based on the order value:

Rs. 143 for order values under Rs. 1000.
Rs. 178 for order values from Rs. 1000 to Rs. 2000.
Rs. 288 for order values from Rs. 2000 to Rs. 3000.
Rs. 348 for order values from Rs. 3000 to Rs. 5000.
Rs. 424 for order values higher than Rs. 5000.
NOTE : We cannot cancel the replacement order if it has already been shipped from the warehouse, and we are also unable to provide a refund in such cases.”

Cancellation Policy on Partial COD Orders

Before Shipment:
If the order has not yet been shipped and the customer wishes to cancel, we will process a refund of the advance payment made at the time of ordering. This refund will be completed within the next three working days.

After Shipment:
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If you still choose to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, or if the shipment is returned for any reason, the advance payment made during the order placement is non-refundable.

5 Exchange Guidelines:

Before initiating an exchange, please ensure that the item meets your requirements.

Exchange Process for Wrong/Different Items:

Verify Your Exchange Item:
Make sure you have the correct item for exchange.

Additional Payment Rules:

For online payments, you need to pay only the difference in product cost.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a shipping cost of Rs. 80 is applicable.
Refund for Overpaid Amount:
If the amount paid exceeds the cost of the exchange order, you will receive a refund once the exchange order is delivered.

Partial COD Replacement / Refund Policy

Replacement Policy:
If the delivered item has any issues within the warranty period, customers can request a replacement.
Follow the guidelines for checking and reporting issues as specified in our return policy.
Once the return is approved by the company, the replacement will be processed according to our policy.

Refund Policy:
Refunds are not applicable for Partial COD orders until they are delivered.
After the shipment is delivered, and if the product meets the warranty guidelines, you become eligible for our general returns and refund policy.

Return Process:

Company Policy on Warranty products

The product must be purchased from RDG Stores.

A warranty card is mandatory. Without a warranty card, we are unable to provide a replacement.

Damage or lens breakage to the display is not acceptable for warranty claims.

The customer’s warranty validity is counted from the date of delivery.

When removing the display from the mobile, it is recommended to engage a professional service.

The company will not be responsible for any damage that occurs to the display during transit

Please note that only replacements are available; no refunds will be processed.

When the product is received at our warehouse, we will provide a replacement after conducting a quality check, which typically takes 24 to 36 hours.”

Note: For mobile chargers, upon receiving returned items at our warehouse, we will attempt to repair them. If repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement with a new one. This process typically takes 3 to 5 days.

If a replacement is accepted by the company, the customer must send the display to our return address by themselves with proper box packing, using any courier company of their choice.

Reverse Return Shipping:

We strive to provide you with the best possible experience by offering a reverse pickup service from your delivered address. However, please note that some locations or pincodes may not be serviceable for our courier partners’ return service. In such cases, the customer will need to arrange the return themselves, covering the shipping cost. Please be aware that this shipping cost is non-refundable.

Customers can return items in their original condition using any courier service of their choice, such as India Post, DTDC, Professional Courier, Trackon, etc.

Note: We consistently strive to deliver high-quality products with thorough quality control checks. However, in some instances, issues may arise with the product, including occasional difficulties with mobile phones.In the event that a customer wishes to initiate a replacement or return and the product cost is more than Rs 3000, please be advised that we are unable to offer a reverse shipping system due to security reasons. In such cases, customers are kindly requested to arrange the return shipment from their side. We recommend using a reliable courier service, such as DTDC or Speed Post, and ensuring proper packaging for the return. Your cooperation is appreciated.

Damaged/Different Item Received Guidelines:

Note: Before accepting the package, thoroughly inspect it from the outside. Do not accept it if the package shows signs of damage, is dusty, or if the tape has been opened.

Video Evidence: Provide a brief unboxing video demonstrating the damage or the differences in the received item for expedited processing of the return.

Notification: Inform us within 12 hours of receiving the package via phone call, WhatsApp, email, or helpline.

Investigation Process: If you have provided all the required information, please be patient as we conduct an investigation into possible fraudulent activities. This process may take more than one week. Once the report is received, the company will inform you of further steps in the process.ed by the company, customers are required to return the item themselves using any courier service to our designated return address securely.
If the company accepts your complaint, you will receive a replacement for the same product. Refunds will not be processed in these types of cases.

We do not accept replacements or refunds for items returned or couriered by the customer under these conditions.

If you return products that have been damaged, used, voided the warranty policy, or if we receive incorrect items, we will not take any responsibility. In any of these conditions, we will not provide any refund or compensation.
If your order is lost during the return via your chosen courier company, we will not take responsibility.
If you inform us that a product is not working and wish to return it, and we do not receive the returned items within 12 days, we will not accept your replacement or refund under any circumstances.
Please Note:
All spares and accessories are insured against theft and damages that may occur during transit. If you receive a package that is open or appears to have been tampered with, please do not accept it. Instead, contact our customer care team at +919667335549, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. It’s crucial to inform us within the same 12-hour period; otherwise, we may not be able to accept replacement or refund claims.

Non-genuine complaints
Our company consistently provides genuine, authentic products with proper packaging, ensuring they are delivered safely and securely. Therefore, if a customer claims they received a fully damaged, incorrect product or an empty box, such complaints will be considered non-genuine and will not be processed further.
